BRAD PITT INTERVIEW ABOUT HIS EX WIFE

n a new interview with Parade, Brad Pitt briefly discusses his failed marriage to Jennifer Aniston, with one quote in particular raising eyebrows.

Saying he tried to use movies to fill a void in his personal existence, Pitt says "It became very clear to me that I was intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn't living an interesting life myself."

Ouch. And it gets worse:

"I think that my marriage had something to do with it," he says, noting that he was "trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn't."

He adds that nowadays, "I'm satisfied with making true choices and finding the woman I love, Angie, and building a family that I love so much."

If that sounded harsh to you, get in line. Brad's also in that line, contacting E! News through his rep to explain that he didn't mean it like that.

"It grieves me that this was interpreted this way," he says, "Jen is an incredibly giving, loving, and hilarious woman who remains my friend."

"It is an important relationship I value greatly. The point I was trying to make is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself."

"That, only I am responsible for."

Pitt is one of the most private and least malicious guys around, one we can't see taking a cheap shot like that, so we're inclined to believe him.

T.I.: Out of Prison

Rapper T.I. is - for the second time in three weeks - out of prison and on his way to a halfway house to complete the remainder of his sentence.

Hopefully they don't yank him back this time.

T.I. was released August 31, having served nearly all of an 11-month sentence for violating probation, only to be returned to prison after allegedly failing to disclose - and conducting business on - a pimp ass tour bus that he rolled out in.

RESPECT T.I.!

When T.I. walked out of the Arkansas federak prison on August 31, he tweeted, "The storm is over & da sun back out." Well, it wasn't out for long.

Prison officials sent U.S. Marshals to the halfway house after that concluding T.I. had unauthorized people on the bus that transported him there.

Authorities also allege that T.I. was doing business on the bus (regarding his reality show), something he denies, but would compromise his release.

Yeah, it was a bizarre situation, but it's apparently been resolved. T.I. will be in the halfway house until September 29, then freed altogether.

T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, lauded the decision, saying:

"We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.'s rights."

"By providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information," T.I. proved that he "did not intend to violate his transfer furlough."

The rapper never intended to violate this "or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta."

Sadow adds that, "T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year."
