UPDATE: Kyle Glover, son of Tameka Foster and stepson of Usher, has been declared brain dead by doctors at an Atlanta children's hospital, TMZ reports. The 11-year-old was airlifted there after being hit by a jet ski in Lake Lanier, and has not experienced any brain activity since.
Usher arrived at the hospital late last night to join his estranged wife Tameka, who hasn't left the critical care unit since she arrived yesterday afternoon.
No decision has been made as to whether or not to take Kyle off of life support.
PREVIOUS: Kyle Glover, the 11-year-old son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster, has been rushed to an Atlanta hospital following a jet ski accident today, TMZ reports. He's in currently in critical condition.
According to sources, Glover was struck by a jet ski while lounging in an inner tube on Lake Lanier and hit in the head. He was unresponsive when taken out of the water and remained that way when he reached the hospital.
TMZ reports that Usher chartered a plane for his ex, who was out of town, so she could rush to her son's bedside. Despite their ongoing divorce drama, sources say Tameka is extremely grateful to Usher for the gesture and is currently at the hospital anxiously awaiting further news about Glover's condition.
Prayers go out to Kyle Glover and his family for a quick recovery.
